Amelia Vitale, President

Amelia Vitale joined Account Control Systems, Inc in 1989. In her position as Chief Operations Officer, she is responsible for the oversight of all ACS's Ongoing Business Operations. She develops, implements and enforces polices and procedures for our organization by way of systems designed to improve the overall functionality and effectiveness of the Corporation. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Vitale has initiated and managed many of our core operational strategies. She has been integral in establishing credibility within the organization and with the management team and has proven to be an effective Solutions Developer to the challenges that affect the business world and our industry.

Amelia exhibits superb knowledge that enables her to implement plans to optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships as she continues to develop and initiate appropriate strategies to increase the cash position.

 

 


Mark Paisley, Chief Operations Officer

Mark Paisley has more than 10 years experience in the Collection and Consumer Lending industry. He began his tenure with Account Control Systems in 2001-2003 as a Collection Specialist.

He then went on to work for American General Financial Services as a Financial Representative from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 moved to Ameriquest Mortgage as Senior loan officer. After two years, he was recruited back to American General Financial Services where he was promoted to Officer Manager. In his time there, he helped lower their loan delinquency from 9% to less than 3%.

After five years of employment for AGFS, he was offered the position of Vice president of Operations at Account Controls Systems Inc. He now has the role of Chief Operations Officer.

 

 


Al Mucci, Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development

Al Mucci has more than 29 years experience in Executive Management in the ARM Industry. He joined Account Control Systems in September 2013 in the role of Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development. In Al's prior 18-year position with the NCO Group as Vice President of Operations, he was responsible for managing large Bank Clients, American Express, The Department of Education, and HealthCare Relationships. He was also responsible for directing NCO's Global Collection initiative.

Prior to his position with the NCO Group, he held the position of Regional General Manager of Northeast Operations at GC Services and served as Assistant Vice President of Credit and Collections at First Fidelity Bancorporation. Mr. Mucci holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from Kean University in New Jersey.

 

 


Wynn Bhandhugravi, Director of Operations

Wynn Bhandhugravi began his career as a Collection Agent for NCO Group in 2009. His tenacity and accomplishments quickly elevated him to the role of Administrator within NCO's AXP Legal Department in 2010. He was promoted shortly thereafter to Business Analyst in 2011. Through his innovative analytical and operational skills, Wynn was able to increase recoveries for NCO's major credit card clients by 25%. This outstanding accomplishment led to his promotion to Senior Manager Business Analyst in 2012.

Wynn joined the ACS Team in September 2013 as the Director of Operations. Mr. Bhandhugravi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bloomfield College in New Jersey.
