His vision for the company was to provide effective collection services while still holding onto the belief that treating delinquent customers with respect and financial guidance could produce positive results. His vision and beliefs were recognized in 1991 by American Collectors Association with the creation of The Collectors Pledge. The pledge is now being adopted by collection agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
